They gave a budget twin room with double bed, a fan plus very nice decor as we booked. The breakfast was great at the downstairs adjoining "Patisserie " which was in fact a greasy spoon café and the food was appetising!

Really pleased with the budget twin room, it was very comfortable, and we had a fantastic stay with a late check out.

The staff were pretty friendly and outstandingly accommodating with any request. Had good-sized and freshly decorated room complete with very nice decor, a fan, for instance.

Modern rooms with a big comfy double bed, even great for my tall 6ft 3 husband. The view from the room was fantastic. The decor was really nice and made the place cozy. The location was convenient and easy to get to. They had a huge variety of options when it came to food, and it was fabulous. 🌟

The food was delicious and served in the café. The double room was huge and tidy. It had a marvellous and fantastic location really close to the Tower and shopping centre and the sea front. The staff was amazingly nice and very welcoming, so I would stay here again.

The hotel has comfortable modern and well-maintained rooms with very nice decor and a fantastic view. The employees are outstandingly accommodating and helpful.
